Returns and Exchange Policy

At Livy’s Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Condition: Items must be:
    • Unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).
  3. Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Custom or personalized pieces.
    • Earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at support@fashionlivyjewellery.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please specify the details in your request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at support@fashionlivyjewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
